Retuns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

NOTE: HCG is tempetature sensitive and needs to be refrigirated at all times, so returns must be within 7 days of delivery via next day courier at buyer's cost. HCG will be tested for potency on arrival to make sure it was stored as required during those days.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If you need to return an item, simply contact us. If you need to exchange, simply email info@buyhcg.ci.za, include: your name, order number, the items you would like exchanged, and a customer support representative will get back with you shortly to get you the items you've requested.

9.       buyhcg.co.za is not responsible for any delivery that is lost as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the Purchaser; if products are returned after being delivered to an incorrect address, they can be resent and the cost of the redelivery will be charged to the Purchaser. Exceptions: buyhcg.co.za can often arrange for a one-timereshipment for no cost using a method of our choosing (at our discretion and depending on the products ordered) if the Purchaser has made an honest mistake.

10.    buyhcg.co.za is not responsible for any failed delivery where tracking information from the carrier (i.e., Delivery Confirmation or other tracking number) shows that the shipment was in fact delivered. In these cases, particularly where the carrier claims no liability or reimbursement, we reserve the right to give no refund or arrange a partial refund to cover our costs, at our discretion. However, we always strive for mutually fair arrangements in the unlikely event of such shipment problems.

11.    If an incorrect order is sent or a delivery error is made because of a buyhcg.co.za error, the order will be rectified immediately and will be sent at no additional cost to the Purchaser. The incorrect order must however be returned to buyhcg.co.za or the cost of these products will also be charged to the Purchaser.

12.    Prices are subject to change without notice dependent on international currency fluctuations and manufacturing costs.
