We recommend chosing Postnet or Fastway at checkout instead of Normal Post and Speed Service because of regular SAPO strikes, loss or damage of products etc. but we will insure all shipping for free and we will replace any product that is lost or broken during delivery (only for postnet and courier).
A tracking number will be sent the same day or the following day after payment clears, but please allow 1 to 2 working days, most of the time orders are sent the following day depending on the time the order was received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: We will ensure that parcels arrive safely to you, but we can NOT be held responsible for any courier delay due to your area or our area's courier depot because we do not have control over the courier or transist time.

Currently we only ship to South Africa and the following neighbeouring countries: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe. Orders can still be placed for addresses outside of these areas, however we will need to get a quote for delivery to your country.
If you have not received your package after 5 days via a courier/postnet/speed service or 7 days via normal post, there could be a problem with delivery. Please contact us so we can follow up with the couriers. If there's is no tracking information provided after 3 days then please contact Us to check with our dispatch.

NOTE: HCG is tempetature sensitive and needs to be refrigirated at all times, so returns must be within 7 days of delivery via next day courier at buyer's cost. HCG will be tested for potency on arrival to make sure it was stored as required during those days.
